Welcome to LoomHQ.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LoomHQ platform ("the Platform"), operated by Jones Innovation Group Limited ("we", "our", "us").

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using LoomHQ, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

LoomHQ is a cloud-based project governance platform designed to help organisations manage portfolios, programmes and projects through structured governance, collaboration, reporting and assurance.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Choosing a secure password.
• Ensuring information provided is accurate.
• All activity carried out using your account.

You must notify your organisation administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with Platform operations or other users.
• Share access credentials with unauthorised individuals.

If you are an Organisation Administrator, you accept additional responsibility for:

• Managing user access within your organisation.
• Ensuring users comply with these Terms.
• Maintaining accurate organisation information.
• Promptly removing access for departing team members.

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of data you input into the Platform. By using LoomHQ, you grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.

We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

The LoomHQ platform, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Jones Innovation Group Limited.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

We aim to maintain high Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Support is provided through the in-Platform support request system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by your organisation in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Organisation Administrators may deactivate user accounts at any time.

On termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Data retention will follow our data retention policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-Platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
