Resource Management shows who is available and who is overloaded.

• Availability — annual leave, non-working days, training and other unavailability.
• Capacity — how much work each person has across their assigned tasks.
• Workload warnings — flag when someone is over-allocated.

Organisation Owners can choose whether team members manage their own availability or whether only admins do.
