RAID

RAID stands for Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies. In ClearVerso the RAID area also includes Actions, Decisions, Queries, Changes and Lessons.

Each RAID log is a separate list within a project:

  • Risks — things that might go wrong, scored by likelihood and impact.
  • Issues — things that have gone wrong and need fixing.
  • Actions / Tasks — work that needs doing.
  • Decisions — recorded decisions.
  • Dependencies — things the project relies on.
  • Assumptions — things assumed to be true.
  • Changes — change requests.
  • Queries — questions raised by the team.
  • Lessons — lessons learned.

Each RAID item supports tags, evidence files, an updates log and RAG/escalation fields.
