Milestones
A milestone is a task with a type of Milestone. It has:
- Zero duration — it marks a single point in time.
- A single start date (the due date is the same).
- A diamond shape on the Timeline.
Use milestones for key dates like go-live, sign-off or a gate review.
To create a milestone, set the task Type to Milestone when creating or editing a task.
