Decisions
Use the Decisions log to record important project decisions, who made them and when.
Queries
Use the Queries log to raise questions. A query can be:
- Acknowledged
- Converted into an Action, Risk or Issue
- Rejected
Recording decisions and queries keeps an auditable trail of governance activity.
